PNG is 2048 px, sharp in print. SVG stays sharp at any size. Point your phone's camera at the screen to test it.

How it works

A printed QR menu in three steps

  1. Paste your menu link

Any link works: your online menu, a PDF, your website. We add https:// if it's missing.

  2. Make it yours

Start from a ready-made style, then change the colors, the dots, the corners, add your logo and a caption.

  3. Download and print

PNG for table cards and posters you print yourself, SVG for a print shop. Test it with your phone first.

Before you print

Make sure every guest can scan it

  • Print it big enough

At least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide on a table card. On a poster, make it a tenth of the distance guests scan it from.

  • Keep it dark on light

A dark code on a light background scans everywhere. Pale colors or a light code on dark paper can fail on older phones.

  • Test with two phones

Scan the downloaded file with an iPhone and an Android phone before you print a hundred copies.

  • Leave space around it

Don't crop the margin or print text right up to the code: scanners need that quiet space to find it.

FAQ

Questions about QR code menus

Is this QR code generator really free?

Yes. You don't need an account, there is no watermark, and you can print the code on menus, flyers and table cards as often as you like.

Will my QR code expire?

No. The link is stored in the code itself, so it works for as long as the link does. If your menu moves to another link you need a new code, which is why an Acuolina menu keeps the same link when you edit it.

Can I put my logo in the middle?

Yes. When you add a logo the generator switches to the strongest error correction, so the code still scans with its center covered. Simple, high-contrast logos work best.

Should I download PNG or SVG?

PNG is a 2048-pixel image for Word, Canva or your own printer. SVG is a vector file that stays sharp at any size, which is what print shops and designers prefer.

Does anything I upload leave my device?

No. The code and your logo are made in your browser and are never sent to us.
